Our Services

01

Intended Parent Evaluation

A structured clinical interview for individuals or couples pursuing parenthood through third-party reproduction. The evaluation addresses psychological readiness, expectations regarding the process, and relevant psychosocial history. Both partners participate when applicable. A written report and clearance letter are provided to the referring clinic or agency upon completion.

02

Gestational Carrier Evaluation

Required prior to medical clearance for prospective gestational carriers. This evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview assessing motivation, understanding of the gestational carrier role, psychological preparedness, and the availability of a personal support system. An online self-report measure is included. Partners or designated support persons participate when clinically indicated. A written report and clearance letter are provided to the referring clinic or agency.

03

Donor Evaluations

Required for individuals participating in egg, sperm, or embryo donation. The evaluation includes a clinical interview assessing psychological readiness, motivation, informed understanding of the donation process, and psychosocial factors relevant to participation in donation. Known and directed donation arrangements receive additional clinical consideration. An online self-report measure is included. A written report and clearance letter are provided as required by the clinic or agency.

04

Joint Consultation

When clinically indicated, a joint meeting may be conducted following the completion of individual evaluations. This session supports open communication between parties, provides an opportunity to address outstanding questions, and helps ensure alignment of expectations before proceeding. Recommended in known donor and directed donation arrangements.
